Refund policy

At Search Lift Agency (operated by Jaime Digital LLC), we strive to provide high-quality SEO services designed to improve search visibility and organic growth. Because our services involve strategic work, research, and ongoing optimization, we maintain the following refund policy.

1. No Returns on Services

Due to the nature of digital SEO services, completed work cannot be returned. Once SEO analysis, research, or optimization work has started, the service cannot be reversed.

2. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be considered only if:

  • A written cancellation request is submitted within 24 hours of payment

  • No SEO audit, research, or optimization work has begun

  • No consultation or strategy session has been completed

Partial refunds may be issued if work has started but not yet been completed. The refund amount will depend on the portion of work already delivered.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • SEO research or optimization work has already been delivered

  • Delays occur due to lack of client feedback, content, or access

  • A client changes their decision after the project has started

  • Search ranking improvements vary due to search engine algorithm updates or external factors

4. Cancellation of Ongoing Services

For recurring SEO services, clients may cancel at any time. However, cancellation must be submitted 7 days before the next billing cycle.

No partial refunds will be issued for work already completed within the current billing period.
