8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Clients will be billed for work completed up to the termination date.

9. Confidentiality

We respect client confidentiality and will not disclose sensitive information without consent, except where required by law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted with a revised effective date.
